Return & Refund Policy

 

At Vanta Heels, we want you to love your dark luxury heels. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Returns

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your goth heels must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at vantaheels@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Exchanges

 

We offer exchanges for a different size within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Sale Items

 

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
